Collect contact e-mail addresses and prefer communication via e-mail
Many firms continue to prefer letters and faxes over e-mails. There is a perception that e-mail is a casual medium. We challenge this outdated perception and recommend that you harness e-mail to its full potential.
By collecting e-mail addresses from contacts as standard practice, and preferring e-mail communication by default, you enable communication. You can then further benefit from e-mail by:
- Creating e-mail templates for correspondence, marketing, cost agreements; even bills
- Conduct mass mailouts using e-mail; the process of generating and sending the document is trivial compared to the overheads involved in marketing by fax or post
- For lengthy, written documents; send as attachments instead of faxing or mailing
